I’m Jenny,  a UX designer based in San Jose, originally from Taiwan. I focus on creating intuitive products that quietly support people in their everyday lives. I believe good design brings warmth and a gentle sense of clarity, especially in difficult moments.

My background in nursing shaped how I see the world. It gave me a deeper understanding of how complex and overwhelming daily challenges can be — no matter a person’s role or condition. That perspective planted the seed for my transition into design. It taught me to notice the small, confusing, or overlooked moments and inspired me to create experiences that feel clear, thoughtful, and human.

Currently, as a UX designer at CreateAbility, I work on apps that support individuals with cognitive disabilities and the caregivers who assist them. I'm especially passionate about designing tools that make care and support feel more approachable and empowering.

I want to keep learning, embrace meaningful challenges, and design in ways that feel genuine and helpful. While I have a solid foundation in health and accessibility, I’m eager to explore diverse UX opportunities where I can contribute thoughtfully, stay curious, and continue growing as a designer.
