• Leading the design of a video call system for NOSS Company, aligning closely with client requirements to provide care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
• Spearheading the transformation of problem-solving training (PST) into an application for individuals with brain trauma in collaboration with the CEO, UT Southwestern Medical Center, and Memorial Hermann Medical Group.
• Created a UI prototype on Figma for both the NOSS video call system and PST application. Applied a user-centric approach to design, ensuring the seamless and intuitive interaction of users with the system.

• Designed and built a user-friendly website for their food container business on WIX to showcase the cataloged items, utilizing responsive design principles for an optimal viewing experience.
• Categorized and designed a comprehensive catalog featuring over 260 items, including individually Photoshopping images for each item to enhance visual appeal.
• Implemented SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and crafted compelling content to enhance overall user engagement.

• Designed a Planning and Scheduling Support Mobile App for individuals with brain trauma, creating a Figma prototype that received an 80% participant satisfaction rate during user testing.

• Conducted user research for the website catering to first responders, including interviews with five nurses. Collaborated closely with a ten-person project team to align the user experience with stakeholder goals, address technical limitations, and provide valuable suggestions for the redesign of the website.
